SHIPPING POLICY

CUSTOMER-ROUTED SHIPPING

Overview:

This policy outlines the procedures used when products are purchased and shipped from Quality Hinges, a Division of Supreme Hinge. We ship orders per the instructions provided by the customer, but we are not responsible for any damage, losses, or issues that may arise during the shipping process once the product is handed over to the customer-selected carrier.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Shipping Arrangement:  Customers are responsible for providing our Shipping Department with the following information: Carrier Selection, Account Number/ Billing Information, Accurate Shipping Address(es) and Contact Information.

  • Packing and Labeling:  Customers are responsible for notifying us with an special packaging and/or labeling instructions.

  • Shipping Insurance:  Customers are responsible for notifying us with any necessary shipping insurance to cover potential losses or damage during transit.

Our Responsibilities:

  • Product Preparation:  We will prepare the product for shipment by packaging it securely, but we are not responsible for any issues with packaging or labeling that occurs during transit.

  • Shipping Address:  We will ship the product to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure the address is accurate or if there are multiple shipping addresses.

  • Information and Assistance:  We will provide any necessary information and assistance to the customer regarding the product and its shipping, but we are not responsible for any issues that arise during the shipping process.

Damaged or Lost Items:

  • Damaged or Lost:  If the product is damaged or lost during transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

  • Rework / Returns:  If there is a non-shipping related issue with an order, please contact admin@supremehinge.com. We will open an internal investigation and discuss necessary arrangements.
